Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Catofy.com! We strive to get your cat products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping information carefully.


Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 7–13 business days, depending on your location.

  • Total Delivery Estimate: Please allow 8–15 business days (we will try to expedite as much as possible).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. You’ll receive separate tracking information if applicable.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times to these locations may be longer (up to 30 business days).

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations (currently)


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Regional couriers (depending on supplier location)

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking your package if significantly delayed. Possible reasons for delays include:

  • Processing times

  • Weather or carrier disruptions

  • Holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.

If tracking doesn’t update within 5 business days, please contact us.


Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee modifications.


Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to support@catofy.com immediately. We will replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
